Returns & Refunds - The Pact of Satisfaction


Every artifact forged at The Tavern is handled with the utmost care before it begins its journey to your tabletop. Because we work in small batches and hand-finish our items, we ensure each package is securely warded for transit.

The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to ship the item back to our UK workshop.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Complete Sets: Dice must be returned as a full set; we cannot accept partial returns of individual dice.
  • Artisan Integrity: The item must be in a resalable condition, free from any wear or table-play damage.

The Return Process

  • Contact the Guild: Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Prepare the Shipment: Pack the items securely. We recommend using the original protective packaging to ensure they aren't damaged during the return journey.
  • Ship It Back to the Workshop: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the adventurer, unless the item arrived faulty. We strongly suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the mists during transit.

Refunds

Once our artisans have inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the gold to appear back in your vault, depending on your bank’s processing speeds.
  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Found a different color palette that suits your soul better? We offer exchanges on all items in our catalog. Simply follow the return process above and let us know which item you’d like to swap for. If there is a price difference, we will send you a secure link to settle the tab or refund the overage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a piece of gear arrives with a defect or was damaged by a clumsy courier, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
